About DubaiHandover

The registry doesn't lie. So we built a site that only speaks registry.

Independent tracking for every off-plan project in Dubai — built for the people whose money is already committed.

Why we exist

Off-plan buyers deserve better than a brochure

Roughly seven of every ten property sales in Dubai are off-plan — homes bought years before the keys exist, mostly by buyers living thousands of kilometres away. Between the down payment and the handover, those buyers get almost nothing: a marketing newsletter, a render, a promise.

Meanwhile, the Dubai Land Department quietly publishes the truth: official construction percentages from physical inspections, real handover dates, actual registered sale prices, even photographs taken on site by government inspectors. It just wasn't built for buyers to follow.

DubaiHandover turns that official record into a daily habit. We snapshot the registry every morning, remember every change, and tell you the moment your project moves — or doesn't.

Our promises

What makes us different

01

Official sources only

Progress percentages come from Dubai Land Department inspections. Prices are registered transactions, not asking prices. Photos are government inspection uploads, not marketing shots. When we show a developer's render, it is labeled as exactly that.

02

We remember what the registry forgets

The official registry only shows today. We archive it every single day — so when a handover date quietly slips or progress stalls for four months, there is a record, and you get an email.

03

Honest about our limits

Registry data lags on-site reality by weeks. Some projects report messy numbers. Our forecasts are estimates, not promises. We publish our methods and caveats openly — read exactly how every number is made.

Independent by design

Built for buyers. Answerable to no one else.

DubaiHandover is not affiliated with the Dubai Land Department, RERA, or any developer or brokerage. That independence is the entire point.
