When do you start charging?
Only if you subscribe. Founding Member seats are AED 299/year (billed as US$81 by Paddle, our payment partner), charged at purchase with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Owner and Pro are billed monthly or yearly with the same guarantee.
What stays free forever?
Every registry fact: project pages, progress, planned handover dates, photos, developer scores, area data, and one tracked project with a weekly digest. If the registry publishes it, we show it — that's a founding promise, not a trial.
What's the difference between the free and Owner alerts?
Same facts, different speed and depth. Free gets one weekly digest of any changes, emailed each Monday. Owner gets an instant email the day the registry moves — a progress jump, a handover slip, a stall — each with a plain-English note on what it means for you.
Can I cancel anytime?
