Free registry checkVerify a Dubai real estate agent
Every legitimate property agent in Dubai must be registered with RERA and carry a current broker license. We sync the official register daily — 35,792 currently licensed brokers across 13,633 brokerages. Check yours before you sign anything or pay anyone.
How to read the result
- Registered — current license: the agent appears in the DLD register with an unexpired license. That's the baseline any agent must meet — it confirms registration, not quality.
- License lapsed: they were registered but their license end date has passed. Renewals happen — but don't transact until they can show a current card or this page turns green.
- No match: ask for their BRN and check again. If they can't give you one, walk away — unregistered brokers cost you your RERA protections, and commissions paid to them are hard to recover.
