Refund Policy

Simple on purpose: 14 days money back on every first purchase, cancel anytime, forgotten renewals refunded. Last updated: 7 August 2026.

The guarantee

14 days, money back, no questions

Every first purchase of a DubaiHandover subscription — monthly or yearly, Owner, Pro, or Founding Member — carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the service isn't what you hoped, tell us within 14 days of the charge and you get a full refund. You don't need to give a reason, and we won't argue.

A refunded Founding Member subscription releases its lifetime price lock; rejoining later is at the then-current price.

Renewals

Cancelling and renewal charges

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account or through the link in any Paddle receipt — cancellation stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing is clawed back mid-period.

Forgot to cancel before a renewal? If you contact us within 14 days of a renewal charge, we will refund it. We would rather refund a forgotten renewal than keep money from someone who didn't mean to pay.

How to claim

Two ways to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account address with the word "refund" — that alone is enough. Or use the receipt email from Paddle, which contains its own refund/support link.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method. Paddle typically completes them within 3–5 business days; your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Scope

What this policy doesn't change

The free plan involves no payment, so nothing here applies to it — free accounts can simply be closed at any time.

Nothing is charged to anyone before paid plans launch (announced for September 2026). Joining a waitlist collects no card and creates no payment obligation of any kind.

This policy sits alongside our terms of service and doesn't limit any non-waivable statutory refund rights in your country — where local law gives you more, you have more.
